Adaptogenic Fall Granola

Granola is one of our favourite snacks to have on hand. It's full of good fat, protein, vitamins and minerals like zinc, manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B1 to name a few.

Our Adapt powder gives this simple granola an upgrade with added protein, warming spices like ginger, cinnamon and cardamom and adaptogenic herbs.

It's easy to make, and even easier to eat!

What you need:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 3 tbsp cacao butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp Adapt powder
  • 2 tbsp raw honey

To Make:

Preheat the oven to 325. Mix oats, cashews and pumpkin seeds in a bowl. In a small pot, melt cacao butter, almond butter and maple syrup. Once combined, pour over the oat mixture and bake for 35 minutes. Stirring halfway. Once the oats are done baking, stir in the cranberries, drizzle with honey and mix in Adapt powder.

This granola is great on top of smoothie bowls, yogurt, eaten as cereal, or even eaten on its own like trail mix.
