Radical Berry Balls


Whenever you look in my fridge, you're almost guaranteed to find energy balls of some kind sitting on the shelf. They are a great snack to grab on the go, and easy to sneak in healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Plus, they are a kid favourite in my house!

We give these balls a superfood boost by adding our Berry Radical powder, which is a plant-based source of protein, vitamin C and is also loaded with antioxidants. 

These balls are quick, easy to make, and delicious!

What you need:

1 cup raw cashews

8 dried figs

2 TBSP Berry Radical Powder

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 tsp coconut oil

1/4 organic frozen blueberries

To make:

Add cashews into a food processor or high speed blender and blend until almost a powder. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Roll into balls, transfer into a glass mason jar and store in the fridge for 5 days. 

**Option to roll the balls in toasted coconut for a little extra fun!
